Urban Regeneration
A service dedicated to housing associations and other social housing
landlords embarking on a programme of regeneration and refurbishment.
We are able to undertake stock condition surveys, appraise options
for regeneration and refurbishment and provide design and project
management to improve living conditions and the local environment.
We will undertake the project management for the entire project,
from resident consultation through design to completion.
We have undertaken projects for both Westminster Council and Brent
Council in London.
