Measured Surveys

We can carry out measured surveys in conjunction with our other services such as feasibility studies, planned maintenance, alteration to listed buildings, refurbishments, space planning, etc. Measured surveys may also be carried out as a separate service to provide record information or 'as built' drawings.

A measured building survey will provide accurate, true to scale information about the building in digital format. These are usually in the form of floor plans, sections, elevations and site layout plans.

Drawings can be produced to different levels of details from basic building structure through to the inclusion of fixtures, fittings, services, internal levels, room areas, full fenestration to elevations etc.

All information is quickly and accurately captured on site using the latest laser measuring devices and digital photographic equipment. This information is then transformed into CAD drawings. Drawings can be provided to our clients in the form of electronic files (Autocad R14/ 2002 DWG, DXF, PDF, or DWF) on disk or Email or hardcopy plots up to A0 size.
