Fire Precautions Assessment and Implementation
The Fire Precautions Act 1971 requires most commercial
premises to have a fire certificate.
In principle this lays down minimum provisions
for the escape of occupants in the event of a fire, maximum lengths
of escape routes, standards of fire protection (protected shafts,
fire doors, etc.)
We can undertake a review of your current arrangements,
deal with the relevant authorities (including the Fire Brigade),
design, specify and supervise upgrading works.
